An Evening with #BestBuyAppliances

You know I love a good dinner party! There is nothing like getting together with some of your favourite friends and foods, especially when it involves a celebrity chef such as the renowned Chef David Rocco! Last week I had the pleasure of being a guest at Best Buy Canada’s OVERLY chic (no seriously did you see the first photo in this post!? That was the dinner table!!) dinner party in celebration of the Best Buy’s large selection of appliances ranging from popular appliance brands at prices that fit anyone’s budget, and in just about every style and size you can think of!! The brand teamed up with David Rocco to curate and showcase a selection of key #BestBuyAppliances that are available at Best Buy, showcasing the range of products available at a Best Buy near you!!!! I was so happy I got to see some of my blogger besties #SELFIE!!!, pr faves and of course, get acquainted with the goodies available at Best Buy, especially since becoming a homeowner it’s always good to be in the know for when I finally decide to man up and domesticate myself and cook a damn meal!!! Oh and did Chef David Rocco ever make a killer meal! I was in foodie heaven! If you ever get the pleasure of having him cook for you… ASK FOR THE #BEATRISOTTO!!!!

An Evening With Dyson & Jet Atkin! #SupersonicSummer

Last week I had the pleasure of attending a very intimate early evening event with Dyson at a chic AF* private residence in Yorkville! The event was in celebration of the new Dyson Hair Supersonic Blow Dryer!!! The evening consisted of cocktails, yummy bites, cute company, getting some one on one time with the product (which I got and loved, how lightweight and powerful the device was)…I also learned about hair-care and how properly blowdrying actually can help prevent your hair from breaking also help maintain hair health!!!.. Everything was so chic and fun and if the nothing could top the event… drum roll please…. Hair stylist to the stars, and most famously, the whole Kardashian klan, Jen Atkin!!!!! Otherwise known on the gram as @JenAtkinHair walked in!! She walked us through some key summer looks that are easily do-able with the Dyson Supersonic and perfectly pair with her range of Ouai hair products (available @ LAC & CO)!!!!! Tony and I sashay’d are way over to Jen after her lovely speech to the crowd and because, earlier in the week Celebrity make-up artist Patrick Ta was at Tony’s Salon LAC & CO, he told her that we would be there and so we got to connect and take some fun pics with miss hunty!!!! What a fun night and great way to start the weekend!! I can’t wait to try a Dyson Supersonic in the privacy of my own home so I can get my hair all crazy and really learn how to maintain my hair!

CLUB YSL #YSLBeautyCrew

Last night here in Toronto I had the pleasure of attending the ‘CLUB YSL #YSLBeautyCrew‘ party which I have to say… Was such a blast!!!!!!!!! I was dying because I loved walking into the party and just seeing a sea of all black fashion…… SOOOO YSL??!!!!!!!!! The party was filled wall to wall with so many people, lots of familiar faces and of course, enough champagne to keep everyone hydrated (tough life!!! LOL!)…. I actually had such a dope time turning it up with my friends but I have to say… more importantly FINALLY getting acquainted with YSL beauty products as (I’m ashamed to say) I have never used YSL beauty products before!!! It was my first time ever even trying them this night, and I only tried a couple!!! I actually ended up falling in love with a couple things :)… So obviously with that said I am super excited to get to know the brand a bit better and try some of these goodies and the VIP gift bag….. stay tuned 😉 xx

40 Something Moments from last night’s Power Ball XVIII: Pleasure Principle

It comes once a year and is by far… THE BEST.. SUMMER KICK OFF PARTY.. IF NOT.. GENERAL PARTY OF THE YEAR in Toronto!!!!!!! Last night was the 2016 edition of The Power Plant, contemporary art galleries, POWER BALL!!!!!!! Themed Pleasure Principle.. The night brought together some of the countries most formidable artistes with some of the cities most notable partiers!!!!! AND… CAN.. I.. JUST.. SAY.. I literally swear by this party and last night was one of the reasons why….. THE ENERGY, THE ART, THE PEOPLE AND THE OUTFITS…. I.. LITERALLY.. Just have sensory overload year after year.. And the best part.. Is that every year the Power Ball continues to get better and better!! I SWEAR BY THIS THING!!!! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending both the VIP Art performance Reception as well as the party and literally LIVED to the fullest extend lol!!! A Night With Cutler & Gross

A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending the Spring/Summer 2017 launch party for Cutler & Gross’ new collection for the season. It was a fun night filled with some of my favourite people good drinks some yummy bites and of course some super fierce eyewear. That evening I had the pleasure of connecting with the amazing Cutler & Gross team all the way in from the U.K. and (of course) also trying on some new amazing shades!!! I fell in love with too many things to mention but then there was one pair that I could not get my hands off of (can you guess which ones LOL) – One thing I love most about Cutler & Gross sunglasses is the fact that they are all products that are handmade so you know that the workmanship, quality and I would say, most importantly durability of these frames are built to last!!! I’ve had a pair for about three years now and they have really been surviving the test of time, which with my hectic, busy lifestyle is such a plus!!!!!!
