Top – Puma x Rihanna, Fenty / Shoes – Puma Tsugi Shinsei

There’s nothing like Miami especially when you get to go with your best friends or family or people you just love. Now just imagine that plus getting to rock some new favourite fashion from Puma! A couple weeks ago now I jet setter three hours south with my friends down to South Beach where we turned it up turned it out lived in large and just plain out had fun. We went for two nights for my friends birthday and really really made some memories.  Even though we were only there for a couple days it felt like we were there for a week because of all the Fabulous stuff we did during our time there from amazing dinners and lunches days at the beach to party party parties! Aside from all of this madness I also got to debut a pair of my new Tsugi Shinsei from Puma that I have been waiting to wear and thought why not wait for Miami because it would be the perfect destination to rock all white like it’s nobody’s business!!! I definitely have to say it was an added bonus that the Tsugi Shinsei shoes also double not only as one of my best looking shoes but AS ONE OF MY MOST COMFORTABLE hands down!!! THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!.. The sock like structure and feeling makes them a breeze to slip on and just get going with!!! Oh and of course, the Puma x Rihanna, Fenty collab Kimono jacket made it’s debut too because #YASSSSSS!

I was reminiscing back on my fabulous time in Miami during Art Basel earlier this morning and remembered that another one of my favorite moments at the Grand Beach Hotel Miami, was the beautiful grounds!! One thing I have always tried to focus on while staying in Miami is staying at beach front properties, where you literally get the beach in your backyard… That was one of my favorite things about the Grand Beach .. That and the pool area in the back! Talk about #BABYGOTBACK!!!!! I love how beautiful and manicured the pool area looks, it looks like a spa retreat and is designed beautifully.. It’s just so LUXXE!!!.. Such a luxurious experience that definitely holds it on when comparing the experience to some of the 5+ star properties in South Beach. Then… there is that beautiful white sanded beach where the only worries I think anyone could have is whether or not they need to rotate to get the sun or if they want to get their hair wet in the ocean!! Here are some of my photos from the beautiful behind… of the Grand Beach Hotel Miami!

HELLO 2016!!! Another year has passed and another year comes to fill our lives with new experiences, journeys, stories, adventures, love and……. & whatever else comes along the way… That being said, yes, I was a little bit absent from my blog the last couple of weeks as I was on my annual holiday vacation to Miami… It’s here where I really had the chance to think about what I want for myself next year… I mean.. This year now… what I can see myself doing, what I really want to achieve… I say that because Miami really makes me dream, especially when I am in the design district.. All the glamour, the fashion the luxury..It really helps you keep your sense of standards set high..I feel like luxury and fashion always do that to me.. They keep me dreaming and keep motivated… That’s why I love coming here….Then.. there’s the other side of the spectrum.. The side where… Maybe I am afraid I won’t reach my goals, maybe, I won’t be able to acquire all that I want in 2016….What if no body want’s to follow me anymore in 2016? What if no one cares? What if, what if, what if….So many what if’s from so many different sides.. But oh well.. Can’t live in fear, can we….. All I personally know is that no matter what, everything happens for a reason.. Right!? So.. It’s time to get to work and enjoy the ride!! To everyone reading this!! Happy 2016… Let’s get it!..

One of my favourite parts of my stay in Miami for Art Basel, undoubtedly has to be… MY ROOM at the Grand Beach Miami.. Rarely am I ever this taken or in a feeling of awe.. I think just the idea of staying at a hotel backing up on the beach + the gorgeous airy and open concept feel of not only the room but just the entire design of the property gave me a serious feeling of easiness! Loved it.. The Grand Beach Miami NEW SUITES are spacious, clean, light and fresh. I loved the colour palette the design team chose to go with along side the very minimal detailing.. Another plus you ask? THE CLOSET SPACE!!! I am literally still dreaming of how fabulous all the organized space was and how equally fabulous my Miami wardrobe looked sitting inside it.. Yet another favourite has to be the fact that my suite had two bathrooms. Something that seems so random but definitely makes all the difference if you are travelling with a guest!! Don’t forget about that view!!… Can you imagine falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean? That is exactly what I got to do with the beautiful ocean view that my suite had!… Another part of my amazing experience at the Grand Beach Miami

Hey guys!! If you have been following me on my social media channels, then you know I just recently came back from my 3rd time attending Art Basel, in Miami! I had such an amazing time yet again, minus the lack of sun…. But we still #MadeItWork!! Aside from the dope festivities that I got to attend (stay tuned, coming up) I had the chance to experience and stay with a new gorgeous hotel called the Grand Beach Miami! Located at 48th and Collins, the hotel is perfectly located the perfect distance from all the South Beach madness but by all my personal favourite hang out places like the Soho House. The Grand Beach is a gorgeous property which backs up onto it’s own private pools and beach area…. One of my favourite parts of the Grand Beach Miami is it’s desire to create an affordably luxurious experience for it’s guests which you really get the essence of, in the design, in the service and in the overall experience with the hotel.. Another favourite definitely has to be the lobby, once you walk in, I can’t stress how gorgeous that marble lobby is.. Not only is it just a place to check in but it’s a library and lounge area, a bar and has a delicious little cafe that I will show you soon! Can’t wait to share more of my experience at the Grand Beach Miami and Art Basel 2015, so stay tuned!!!!!!

T-Shirt – IRO Paris / Boots – Surface To Air

Miami has been nothing but sunshine, beach, shopping and eating. What is life!? I mean, I am definitely not complaining though! I checked out the Design District for the first time this trip and was so amazed to see how much it’s expanded since I first saw it last year during the holidays! It’s crazy how much is moving there. From Givenchy to Hermes, Cartier to Zegna! The entire fashion alphabet has made it’s way to Design District and not only that, the design of the actual architecture, buildings, grounds, etc. is just beautiful as well! I can’t wait until it all comes together!! All else aside, I finally found the perfect black crew-neck t-shirt of my dreams from IRO Paris – Also, this is my second debut of my new favourite shoes a.k.a these tan suede booties from Surface To Air which I seriously can’t get enough of.. Why did I wait so long to move over to this movement? I mean I tried it out but never committed! Now all of a sudden I’m just hooked! It’s that new me, that 2015 me #LOL!

Henley Top – H&M / Boots – Surface To Air / Jeans – Rag & Bone

Hello from sunny, beautiful, humid, hot, gorgeous and sexy Miami! I’ve had another amazing holidays here with the family and crazily enough have been openly detaching from black for 2015 – LIKE HELLO LOOK AT THIS OUTFIT!? NOT ONE OUNCE OF BLACK!! Considering the facts, this is quite impressive huh!? I think the most impressive step I’ve taken is my detach from my classic black boot style and this hella new for me tan suede ankle booties, which quite frankly I am overwhelmingly obsessed with… Anyways, all else aside, I am super excited for 2015 because I am going to be doing some crazy sheeeatttt and really pushing my dreams to the front line! I can’t wait to share so much more with you guys!

So every year I go down to Miami at the beginning of December and the end. The beginning for the Art Basel festivities that take place throughout the city, really cool fun things go down in Miami during Art Basel so obviously I can’t resist… The vibe is amazing, the people are out, the city is seriously always alive but it’s on crack during Art Basel and just everything is good so obviously you know I can’t resist #GoodVibes! As you can probably guess, I head to Miami at the end of December for the holiday’s & etc. I love celebrating New Years in Miami, last year I had the most epic New Years with my girl Grey Nat from Grey Ant sunglasses – Started at the Fontaine Bleu for the Pharrell performance and countdown, did a couple other things #iCantRemember and then ended up at Diddy’s house! #HowRandomRight? – Needless to say it was an experience so I can’t wait to see what is on the table to experience this coming 3..2…1!

Since it’s been a bit cloudy the last couple of days out here in Miami it’s been the perfect opportunity to wear a bit of layers and darker colors while trotting around the city. It’s also been the perfect opportunity to kick up your legs on the balcony ledge, chill out and play some Get Free x Major Lazer….With all that said I got my pair of cut off Balmain jeans, and when I say cut-off I mean… I literally cut a pair of $1, 500 Balmain jeans into *what I think are* the most cuuuuuuutest cut-off-shorts-in-the-game, with my leather En Noir tank top which I co-incidentally cropped the F* out of + the must-must components, shades, boots, button down, etc. for a perfect cloudy Miami look… Needless to say I have been cutting alot of my clothes and making them the perfect crop-situations and here they are paying their dues! Miami has been beautiful and amazing as it always is this time of year when we come. I am so glad to be here and can’t wait to see what the rest of the trip has in store, especially on New Years day! I still don’t know what to wear!

Here was my attempt at a Christmas-esque-holiday-themed-jolly-and-joyful-but-still-kinda-fashionable outfit for Christmas dinner WEAKNESS ALERT, if you haven’t already discovered, ALL SAINTS makes the most amazing t-shirts, oversized, perfect cuts from neckline, to sleeves, to body width. They are the best and I have a new weakness for them. Everyday since coming to Miami we have gone shopping and I have bought at least 2-3 shirts every outting so, as Nicki Minaj best put it, I am “stacking the cookies up”.. Off to lunch! xo
