I AM REALLY, REALLY trying, ever so hard, to imagine a Balmain sans Christoohe Decarnin- I am although happy I was at least able to obtain a piece or two from his last collections. Although I never underestimate or disregard I am quite distant of the idea of an affordable collection from Balmain under their new creative direction. BALMAIN is so intangible with its sky high prices it limits its customers to the elite and exclusive but isn’t that the beauty of it. The dream of owning your first pair of Balmain jeans, or an indiscreet Balmain jacket? We shall see……
